I'have not tested Binary Star, but another people did. It's labeled as Playable https://github.com/Vita3K/compatibility/issues/646
I put more tested games (not tested only by me) for people to know about their compatibility.

PsychicEmotion6 (https://vndb.org/v17641) is also playable! I tested this myself, because even Vita3k did not mention its compatibility.

Many otome blogs mention this game as an easy first Japanese otoge, so I'm really excited.

You need to open an issue on vita3k github, then the devs will add the game to the compatibility list.
